RealVitalize Agent Dashboard
RealVitalize is a program for Real Estate Agents whose clients want to improve their homes before selling them but don't have enough finances to pay for renovations out of their pockets. RealVitalize partners with Angie to help find the right contractors and manages all invoices paid off after the property is closed.
- 1 After enrolling a property in the program, agents had no tools to track their enrollment status.
- 2 Agents didn't have a universal place to store all documentation related to the program.
- 3 Agents couldn't store all invoices related to the performed construction services.
- 4 Agents struggled to find the contact information of all parties involved in the renovation process.

Interviews Conducted
Six agents and three staff members were interviewed for about 30 minutes each, which helped to extract the main pain points.
User Personas Created
The primary user personas for our research were agent, finance admin, and program admin. They helped us define motivations, challenges, and potential solutions for all parties involved.
Pain Points Extracted
The pain points included too many emails, absence of mobile access, inability to track enrollment status, inability to track assigned job status, unappealing new enrollment form, time-consuming and not intuitive processes.
